Warby Parker ended their mailed home try-on program in August 2025. We kept ours, so you can still hold the real frames before you decide, with free shipping both ways.
The home try-on started because of customer demand. Since we don’t have brick-and-mortar locations, our home try-on and virtual try-on are our go to’s. We’ve kept the business model the same because it keeps our quality high, the highest in the current online eyeglasses world. Our prices are lower than what you’ll see at your local optical boutique (or, really, your local LensCrafters or Pearle Vision).
To secure your own home try-on, a credit or debit card is required at checkout. We charge a $10 reservation to place your home try-on, and the full $10 comes back to you as store credit toward your order. Prepaid cards are not accepted. If you don’t want to wait, our virtual try-on is real life sizing. It is the closest way to see the frames on your face short of trying it on in person.
Unfortunately, we don't have any direct partnerships with vision insurance providers, but we can assist you in getting a reimbursement for your purchase after you have paid in full at the time of purchase. In order to be reimbursed, you will first need to fill out a form from your insurance provider. After you fill out their reimbursement form, you will need to provide an itemized receipt, which we can provide you with once you have completed your purchase. We accept both FSA and HSA payments, as long as they are in the form of a credit or debit card. After you have had completed a purchase with your FSA/HSA, you can then file for a reimbursement with your vision insurance provider.
