The Nerdy Frames referral program
Introductions is the Nerdy Frames referral program. Share your personal referral code and when someone places their first paid order, they take $10 off it and you receive $10 in store credit. Every introduction pays the same, and the credit sits in your account until you spend it.

The terms
How it works
Step one
Every account carries a personal referral code, formatted NF followed by your account number. It sits in your account dashboard alongside your personal link.
Step two
Send the code or the link to anyone. The link applies the discount on its own when they shop the collection. A typed code works the same way at checkout.
Step three
They take $10 off their first paid order. Your $10 posts as pending right away and becomes available 22 days after their order ships.
Common questions
In your account dashboard, under Introductions. It is formatted NF followed by your account number, and it sits next to your personal referral link and your current credit balance.
No. An account is required, a purchase is not. Your code is generated the first time you try frames on at home, or you can opt in directly from your account dashboard. Once it exists you can share it, including before your own first order.
It appears as pending the moment your friend places their first paid order, and becomes available 22 days after that order ships. That window covers delivery plus the 10 day return period, so by the time the credit clears the order is settled and the $10 is yours.
Yes. Credit applies on top of any sale price. It cannot be combined with another coupon code on the same order, so one or the other is used, whichever comes out lower.
The introduction code is the one standing discount we issue, and it takes $10 off a first order. Any account holder can share theirs. Codes listed on third party coupon sites come from somewhere else and will fail at checkout.
A return inside the 22 day window reverses the pending credit, so neither side keeps the discount. If the credit had already cleared and been spent, the reversal comes out of your remaining balance. A balance short of the reversal goes negative, and the next credit you earn covers the difference. Partial refunds do not trigger a reversal.
The standard program is store credit only, applied to your next purchase. Larger accumulated balances are handled individually. Email us if that describes your situation.
Introducing at scale
If introductions are part of your work, styling clients, a shoot, an audience, the arrangement is handled separately. Write to [email protected] with Introductions in the subject line.
Where to look
Account holders can see the current state of every introduction from the dashboard. Without an account, opening one takes about thirty seconds.

In order to be reimbursed, you will first need to fill out a form from your insurance provider. After you fill out their reimbursement form, you will need to provide an itemized receipt, which we can provide you with once you have completed your purchase. We've provided some links below of popular vision insurance providers to help you get started.
Please contact your vision insurance for more information on how to file for a reimbursement.
If you have any question or you need an itemized receipt, please email us at [email protected]
We accept both FSA and HSA payments, as long as they are in the form of a credit or debit card. After you have had completed a purchase with your FSA/HSA, you can then file for a reimbursement with your vision insurance provider.
