Why We Love Virtual Try-On at Nerdy Frames
We’ve been using virtual try-on for a while now at Nerdy Frames, and honestly, it’s become one of our favorite tools. It’s easy to pull up a frame, see it on your face, and just go from there.
A lot of us like to take screenshots while we’re trying out different styles—some we save for later, some we send to group chats for laughs, and some we just keep to look back at when we’re deciding. There’s no pressure to make a decision, and that’s what makes it fun for us.
What We Do With It
We’ll try on frames we’d never think to pick in a store. It’s surprising how often we end up liking something unexpected. But more than anything, it’s just a laid-back way to see yourself in a new look without leaving your couch.
It’s not something we planned to use so much, but a lot of us find ourselves opening it up when we’re scrolling for new styles. You click, you see, you move on—or you find something you actually want to save.
Why We Keep Coming Back
There’s something satisfying about seeing what works without committing to anything. You don’t have to wonder what you’ll look like—it’s right there. Some of us like to sit back, pick a couple of frames, and just take our time figuring it out.
We’ve all found our own way of using it, but the one thing we can agree on is that it’s made picking frames feel way less stressful and way more fun.
